Delete your app account

1. Open ShivShakti Tiffin and sign in.
2. Go to Profile → Delete Account.
3. Confirm your account email, type DELETE, acknowledge permanent deletion and select Permanently delete account.

The app processes deletion immediately after confirmation and displays a completion message when successful. If an error appears, deletion has not been confirmed; retry or contact us.

You can request deletion by email without reinstalling the app. Send the request from your registered account email and use the subject “ShivShakti Tiffin account deletion”. We may verify account ownership before acting. Never send your password or a sign-in code.

If the button does not open an email app, send your request to contact@shivshkti.com. Manual requests require ownership verification and processing by the restaurant; we will confirm the expected completion date in our reply.

Your Tiffin sign-in account, customer profile, saved address and instructions, plans and schedules stored on your profile, customer-linked delivery and order records, app billing and payment records, subscription history, reviews and notification read history are removed from the active app database.

Deletion is permanent. It does not automatically reverse payments or issue a refund. For an upcoming meal or unresolved payment, contact the restaurant to arrange service changes; this is not a prerequisite for deleting your account.

Separate restaurant transaction records required for tax, accounting or legal obligations may be retained for the applicable legal period. Access is restricted and these records are not available through the deleted app account. Provider backup copies and security logs may remain until their retention cycles expire.
